Updating this 70s home was a dream for our clients and they took the opportunity to update the kitchen, bathroom & ensuite, laundry and even their study.
If the layout works for you our advice is to keep it and that’s exactly what our client did. The layout of this kitchen was kept essentially the same, but sized to take advantage of the available space. With double sided cabinetry to the return & additional cabinetry against the wall, this kitchen was transformed with more accessible storage.
One of our passions is to make sure grout lines line up. We pride ourselves in delivering a quality finish and that’s exactly what was achieved with both the bathroom and ensuite. Using large 600 x 600mm tiles on the floor and 600 x 300mm tiles on the walls means we can align the grout lines. New alcoves were built in both wet rooms and feature tiles used for the back to give it a point of difference.
If you’ve got the space, make the most of it. Nu-Look custom designed the cabinetry for this laundry to make it extremely user friendly, including the internal fit out of the linen cupboard (to the right of the room). The linen cupboard was also fitted with new sliding doors perfect for hiding the broom and ironing board but also giving the room a sleek new look.
