Bathroom Renovation – Bungendore
This Bungendore home was transformed into a chic country home with all
the modern trimmings to allow its new home owners to truly make use of
the space
offered by this house. To do this, various walls were moved to make the
spaces more functional.
Taking up what was originally the tiny ensuite, walk in robe and part of the lounge area, the ensuite was created to match the scale required for this home. The modern provincial style ensuite came with all the trimmings – a walk in shower, claw footed bath, matching tapware & furniture. Nu Look not only custom made the large vanity unit, but also custom made and installed a window to perfectly frame the serene views of the garden fit for a king.

For us, the biggest obstacle to doing a renovation was time – we both work fulltime in busy jobs, and we have two teenage daughters. Renovating an investment unit can be a challenge as you want to get a good job done but can’t afford to have the unit vacant for too long. I can highly recommend Nu-Look Renovations for a task like this.
Right from the start Matt was very helpful and always did what he said he was going to do at the time he said he would. Even when things go wrong (as they inevitably do) Matt found ways to fix them in a timely manner. He came and quoted when he said he would, he went with us to select the tiles and fittings for the bathrooms and he organised all the contractors to turn up when they needed to. His computer generated diagrams helped us envisage what the new kitchen would look like and how we could maximise the use of the space available.
His workmen took great care in the unit, which we had just had painted and they cleaned up after they had finished. The quality of the work done was excellent and our new tenant is very happy with the finished job (as are we).Matt was competitively priced but more importantly for us, he did not mess us around and did a first rate job on the renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms.
